Using Paper as a Medium – Illuminating a New Path for the Integration of Business Culture and Cultural Tourism

From April 8 to 9, 2026, the Innovation and Development Conference of the Cultural Industry Branch of the China Business Culture Research Association was held at the Shungeng Villa in Jinan, Shandong Province. Centered on the core theme of "Enhancing Culture through Tourism, Promoting Tourism through Culture – Deepening the Integration of Business Culture and Cultural Tourism," the conference gathered nearly 500 representatives from across the country in fields such as business culture, cultural industries, intangible cultural heritage protection, and cultural tourism integration. As a brand with 13 years of deep cultivation in the creative folding paper lamp sector, we were invited to attend this event, and jointly held a cultural exchange activity in Jinan with the China Confucius Calligraphy and Painting Academy Alliance.

Jiang Liming, full-time Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Business Culture Research Association, emphasized in his speech that the conference aims to build a collaborative exchange platform integrating government, business, academia, research, and application, breaking down industry barriers and promoting resource integration and full-industry-chain connectivity, thereby injecting new momentum into the innovative development of the business culture industry. Li Jianxing, former Party Secretary of the Overseas Edition of People's Daily, pointed out that cultural and creative products should focus on public demand, developing creative goods that are rich in cultural heritage while also practical, beautiful, and close to daily life. This would allow traditional culture to enter modern life in a trendy and accessible way, achieving creative transformation and innovative development. This perspective aligns perfectly with the design philosophy of our folding paper lamps. Through ingenious folding structures, we blend Eastern paper art aesthetics with modern home scenarios, making each lamp a vivid carrier of the creative transformation of traditional culture.

During the exchange activities of the China Confucius Calligraphy and Painting Academy Alliance, participating calligraphers, painters, and cultural creative professionals explored the integration of calligraphy, painting, and creative products. From tracing the thousand-year-old cultural lineage of "calligraphy and painting sharing the same origin" to discussing mechanisms for sharing artistic achievements, the conversations were wide-ranging and deep. In our dedicated presentation session, we demonstrated how folding paper lamps combine portability, eco-friendliness, and durability to merge Eastern aesthetics with contemporary lifestyles. From our collaborative partnerships with international brands such as Zara Home, Chanel, and Gucci, to our recent appearance at the China Business Culture Research Association conference, we have always believed that a truly good cultural and creative product is not meant to be a mere artwork in a display case, but something that enters everyday life and becomes part of it.

Looking ahead, we will continue to use paper as our medium, lighting up more warm stories of light and shadow at the intersection of business culture and the cultural and creative industries.
